SynthMaker is a graphical programming environment for creating VST instruments and effects plug-ins. You can also use SynthMaker to learn about and experiment with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) so it`s a great educational tool as well. The software works by providing a collection of building blocks that you can link together. Your completed synth or effect can then be exported as a standalone plugin that can be used in other audio applications.
